What is the WormTea Community?
The WormTea Community is an evolving Ecopsychological community focused on cultivating a habit of curiosity and openness through group sessions, one-on-one sessions, and workshops. By re-integrating participants with the natural world and orienting personal narratives within it, we have the opportunity to compost our harmful narratives into a rich and fertile worm tea!

Sessions and Workshops

Build community in your own backyard. Our ecopsychology group sessions meet once a month, both in-person and online. These are modular sessions, so you can participate in whatever way works best.

Create space for yourself. One-on-one coaching sessions are also available on an "as needed" basis. Please send in a request if you are interested.

Engage in specialized, beginner workshops that offer a deeper dive into the Ecopsychological principles and focus on natural patterns and organisms we are constantly in relationship with.
Participant Reflections
Olivia
"While the term Eco Psychology was new to me, the practice seemed innately natural and has connected me to myself/others and surroundings in a way I haven't felt since I was a child.
Tanushree created a community that was so full of openness and curiosity! I still use some of the practices to ground myself!"
Christopher
"My main takeaway was a thoughtfulness and newfound appreciation for nature, myself, and my relationship to it. I think that the discussions and exercises served as a fun, but informative way to open up our minds and have a little more awareness for the world and community around us. I think we instinctively put on blinders to avoid the literal and metaphorical noise that society has built up. This class allowed me to take those blinders off in a certain sense and have a newfound curiosity for things and processes we might otherwise take for granted."
Rachel
"Tanu's workshop gave me the space to explore my hippie side and helped change the way I think about my relationship with nature and others. The combination of mindful activity and thoughtful open discussion with friends and peers helped ideas about natural connection seep out into the rest of my life in a way that felt like synchronicity. It was really cool and I look back fondly. Orange Forever!"
